What is your return policy?
Unworn items may be returned with 10 days for full refund. My work is 100 percent guaranteed for the life of the piece. Broken or damaged pieces will be repaired or replaced for free, not including shipping costs.

How do I make my necklace lay right?
I don't call is Twist Style for no reason! But really, if your necklace goes a bit wonky, all you need to help the beads all face the same direction is this: Undo the button clasp, and holding your piece by the button, allow it to hang down toward the floor. Now, run your hand down one side of the beads and you'll find they all turn to the direction in which they were stitched. It's magic!
