Dark Sky Mountain Escape Portal Necklace

Up high in the mountains, with no street lamps or tall buildings to spread artificial light, the sky is lit on cloudless nights with billions of points of light traveling through light-years for our eyes to see. It is pure magic, and I tried to capture a bit of that idea in this piece. Deep blue, dark, dark crystal—not quite black—crocheted on an earthen cord. Necklace measures about 24" and features a mother-of-pearl button and loop toggle closure. Listing is for one neckace.
