Due to shipping, the textile element of your jewelry may twist enroute. If this happens, hold one end and let the necklace hang down. Run your hand along the back of the beads until they all face the same direction, repeating if necessary, and finish with a gentle tug to straighten out your piece.
We use a wide range of high quality materials including Czech crystals, semi-precious stones, freshwater and glass pearls, and vintage materials. Earring hooks are hypoallergenic and all wire is gold plated.
All Twist Style pieces are guaranteed for the life of the jewelry, and will be replaced with the same piece or a similar item.
