Most items are water resistant! Pieces with glass pearls and/or semi-precious stones should not be submerged in water, as doing so will shorten the lifespan of the piece.
Due to shipping, the textile element of your jewelry may twist enroute. If this happens, hold one end and let the necklace hang down. Run your hand along the back of the beads until they all face the same direction, and finish with a gentle tug to straighten out your piece.
