PAYMENT

For online orders, you may pay with Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or PayPal (there's no need to be a Paypal member and you can pay with any credit card or an e-check).

All purchases made within the state of Virginia must be charged a 5% sales tax.

SHIPPING

Items normally ship within 5 business days of cleared payment.

FREE! Although certain very large or heavy packages may require a shipping fee.

Shipping within the US is free for any order over $20. Orders qualifying for free shipping will be sent via USPS. Most orders are shipped with delivery confirmation and insurance. If you need an item shipped quickly, or if you need overnight shipping service, additional charges will apply. To set this up, please include a note in the comment section of your checkout page, or email me at maryellen@twiststyle.com and I'll do whatever I can to accomodate your needs.

International Shipping is done through the US Mail, Airmail. Please allow several weeks for delivery of your package.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

I stand behind my work. Period. Repairs are rarely necessary due to the quality of elements used and my attention to detail, but if you ever have a problem with a Twist Style piece, please contact me immediately and I will do whatever I can to help you! Exchanges may be made within 10 days of when you receive your order. Returns are accepted on a case by case basis. Items must be unworn/unused and in original packaging and condition. Custom work cannot be returned, but I do offer one free design revision.

MATERIALS

Please note that pieces with vintage components, natural elements, or pieces that are handpainted, will sometimes vary slightly. Semi precious stones and freshwater pearls also vary sometimes in shade and cut. Due to the handmade, one of a kind nature of my work, you may find a shell button instead of a glass button, or a slightly different arrangement of stones in a "randomly" designed piece. If you have a specific request, please convo me, or leave me a note in the Comments Section of your checkout page.

PRIVACY

I am committed to keeping your personal information safe and will NEVER sell, rent, or share your information with others. Your personal information (including, but not limited to, name, billing address, phone number, email address, and credit card/PayPal information) will only be used as necessary to fulfill your order. I do send out a newsletter with a discount coupon code several times a year, but you can email me if you prefer not to receive this.

WHOLESALE

Please contact me with your name and business name, location, and nature of business (clothing boutique, gift shop, etc) for a wholesale price sheet and ordering information. I'm always looking for new lovely shops to carry my line!
